Maybe they should just get rid of Texas sections. Lol, I know they are based in Texas, before anybody jumps in. I'm just saying the laws apply to Texas not everywhere else.How can they get in trouble if the site does not break any laws within Texas. Right????

That's a shame. I don't see how these laws do anything to curb human trafficking. It seems like lawmakers just use human trafficking as an excuse to crack down on independent sex workers.

Maybe my memory is playing tricks on me (or it's old age), but I thought they moved the servers to Europe last year. The Netherlands? If so, how does a new Texas law affect them?

It has to do with the owners residing in TX. They did not move anything when the site went down previously.

Luckily there are plenty of other sites to use.
