OK OK I realized before that it seems to spill over from BP badly, but it seems to be creeping more and more onto ECCIE.

It is nice to hear already from so many 'viders that it really is considered freshman and when you graduate up it stops.

Having said that. if your well thought out ad is giving you NO response... would you try this?

I think an eye-catching headline can attractive and witty without being a tacky and obvious cry for attention. It just reminds me of those obnoxious monster truck commercials "SUNDAY!! SUNDAY!! SUNDAY!! See the Stallion! SUNDAy!! SUNDAY!!"

Those type of ads make my eyes hurt.I have seen these ads on other sites besides BP.
I agree a catchy well-written headline will attract more attention than some unreadable mess that no one has time to figure out what is being said.
