of course, that assumes Texas is winnable in 2020.. is it?

I think it is, if the Democrats fight for it, and show that they care to win it. not that it will be easy, but the Election itself isn't easy. you got New York, you got California. why cede the middle?
Did Yssup steal your handle? He's gone on for YEARS about how great of a job Gov Wendy Davis is doing.

Why is Beta doing so poorly in the polls? I'll bet he's not even polling so well in the Texas Presidential polls.

Chung, the only way Texas will vote blue is if the informed independent woman get tired of being treated like second class citizens as minority's have always been in Texas, and turn out to vote. They are more than enough to cancel out the GOP old racist white men and their ignorant racist redneck kids they raised.

We can only hope that the ladies with racist ignorant dads n brothers know the difference

why do you ask that? you know damn well he didn't. why do you mention Wendy Davis in my presence? that low grade Fraud wouldn't get my vote for 1st Grade crossing Guard.

I'm asking the questions.. you answer mine, I'll answer yours. my questions are genuine, yours are attack-bait.

Because Yssup has insisted for years Texas is "going blue" like your post suggests, especially doubling down during Wendy Davis' governor bid. Why are you so humorless today? So yes, my question is as legit as yours.

Hardly. Texas women are not pro-abortion on demand. It has nothing to do with racism.

Agreed...I know many with that perspective...They hold their noses at his dumbfuckery and stupid tweets...but they back him up due to this one aspect of his platform.

if I'm humorless (and I would disagree.. see my post about Biden and Sons, LOL) today, it's because I'm tired of so many Juvenile and cheap attack posts.. very little grown discussion about anything here. a joke is fine, cheap attacks are a Bore.

I didn't know Yssup had said that ever since Davis ran. no way was Texas anywhere near Blue when she announced. in fact, her very candidacy was proof the Democrats were punting.

I think Texas has a chance in 2020.. enough to fight for it. if I were betting, I would say no.. only a Dumb Fuck would put money on the Democrats winning Texas next year. but it is not a ridiculous notion.

you are quite the contradiction, aren't ya? you seem to blame the Republicans for ... everything. yet when your Dems "selected" i.e. rigged it for Clinton you when over to the "dark side" and voted for Trump. Now you insist that the Democrats will defeat Trump.

which Democrat? i don't think you think "anyone can defeat Trump" as some here think. that's wishful thinking on their part. or worse .. just plain hate mongering.

for now Biden is the leader of a rabble in which most have zero chance against Trump. your early fav Harris is fading away. Beto never had a chance to begin with. what's the kiss of death to a campaign? "Reset". he's on what .. two resets now? he was done before the first one.

Bernie the Socialist? no way. at least he's up front about it. Warren? nope. almost as radical as Bernie and twice as stupid. Ying Yang?

that leaves gaffe reel joe and we both know what will happen when he debates Trump. people deride Trump as stupid yet he continues to show he is quick witted in a live debate, something slow joe is not.

here's two things that factor in elections for President ... people vote with their wallet and are you better off now than you were?

Trump has both of those covered.

Ex vice Presidents have very good chances of becoming President....Biden may lose to Trump in a debate...but Trump lost to Hillary in the 2016 debates.TRump can lie faster than Biden can . The 800K government workers who had no work and paychecks during the shutdown will remember. The farmers who are losing soybean sales to Russia will remember. Trump may think he has things covered.....he will declare that the economy is booming even if we are in a deep recession. That's his MO. Obama left Trump with an economy on the rebound....an easy transition to Clinton....or so he thought. Despite the best efforts of Trump (if he ever puts any effort into anything...besides golf) the economy is still rolling along. The extra "taxes" consumer are paying from the tariffs offset the negligible gains from the "tax cut".

nope.. "seem" is a truly vague word. try another one

that's not why I voted for Trump though. I voted for him, because Hillary called me a deplorable for considering that vote, and she wasn't worth a shit

no I don't insist that. I said he is currently losing to the top 4 Democrats in the polls, but November 2020 is a long way off. Trump could easily win. and he might get my vote.

I'm a contradiction, because you can't pigeonhole me, as much as you would like to.. and others on this Forum. that's why you bullshit and say that I say shit I don't say. you want easy prey, someone to attack.

ok. you consistently blame the republicans. on everything. especially the debt and the financial meltdowns. not so. that better?

that's not why I voted for Trump though. I voted for him, because Hillary called me a deplorable for considering that vote, and she wasn't worth a shit

she called me a deplorable too but i wouldn't vote for that hag if my life depended on it. she's the deplorable. i would have voted for anyone but Hillary (even Marco Rubio) if Trump had not run or did not get the RNC nomination. i was elated he was the RNC candidate.

no I don't insist that. I said he is currently losing to the top 4 Democrats in the polls, but November 2020 is a long way off. Trump could easily win. and he might get my vote.

then it's nothing but speculation at this point. speedy doesn't seem to get that. until july 2020 after the DNC convention theoretical polls mean nothing. in fact the faster the Dems jettison the dead weight the better, for them.

I'm a contradiction, because you can't pigeonhole me, as much as you would like to.. and others on this Forum. that's why you bullshit and say that I say shit I don't say. you want easy prey, someone to attack.
i'm not attacking you. chill out. i will challenge what you post. there is a difference. see above about blaming the Republicans on everything.

i voted for Trump because of his America First stance. several posters not named you seem to think that is ... Un-American! i say it is the very definition of America! it was long overdue to put America's interests first and foremost. this is not Nazism. that's bullshit (got that Yssup?). We don't need and can't afford to be the "Leader of the Free World". if the World is so fucked up they can't survive without America and our shilling out billions and allowing unfair trade then fuck them.

post WWII and in the Cold War era there was some justification for that. those days are long gone. Now, if America is to survive and thrive .. and prop up the World .. putting America First is imperative!!

America will thrive when we have a leader that utters words that have a modicum of integrity behind them. Sloganeering and empty promises won't cut it.

BAHHAHAAAAAAAA

you find it hard to load up bullshit against Trump don't you? Trump won the election. and the debates. fuck the popular vote. that's not the game sport. the Electoral College is the game. Obama had a shutdown too. remember that?? did the get paid then? prove they did.

Obama mismanaged the economy almost as bad as FDR and his "New Deal" bullshit. Bush gave half the TARP funds to Obama to use. he didn't have to. what did that get us? Solyndra, rats in Baltimore (Obama gave 1.8 BILLION to them) and a prolonged recession that was all on him. historically .. recessions only last a few years before a rebound. in the case of both Obama and FDR they lasted years longer due to the failed theory the Gov can spend its way out. False!
