Never forget that guy benson gets paid to be a douche-bag. He is a pro. And while I would agree you are ready to move up to the pros (in the douche-bag area of expertise), you are still an unpaid amateur.
7 Gitmo cases have been completed since 2001. 6 are under appeal. The conviction rate for civilian courts is over 95%.
Do the math.

The question is, do we remain a nation of laws or do we return to the policies of Bush and Cheney in which people we're are not even sure who they are kidnapped off streets and whisked to undisclosed prison in unnamed nations sometimes without their knowledge.
