I checked the Data as wel. There were in the span of 24 hours at least 100.000 tweets with the hashtag, of which according to your sources, 300 from the Russians, and 500 from bots. This leaves 99,2% of the tweets from humans. To associate the hashtag with Russians or Bots is dishonest.
