This taxpayer slush fund has been around since 1995 (Hmmm... Who was President then?). Why all of a sudden do they want to get rid of it now? They've been paying women to be quiet for decades. With our money!

Has there been a release of information of the people who received money, how much and/or who their complaint was against? And what was the complaint?

Or were these non-disclosure agreements?

It seems several Congressional members who fell victim to the #Metoo movement fell rather quickly.

Of course they won't tell you "who" used it, but here is the record of payouts from the fund. Looks like 2007 was a banner year for some reason.
