No, but I will complain about them speeding when not chasing someone, and blowing through stop lights and stop signs when obviously on patrol, not on a call. I've seen the latter more times than I care to count...the cop comes up to the light, flips on his lights just as he enters the intersection, and then turns them off on the other side. Their not even on early enough to give any real warning to cross traffic.
There are too many cops in this country with the attitude that the law doesn't apply to them because they are cops, and none of their brethren will hold them accountable either.

FYI: I did vote in the last election and we voted out almost everyone that was on the council that passed this ordinance.
Note: there is nothing in the above statement that says one way or the other about how I feel about the ordinance. And I don't think Whispers' post was addressing the goodness of the ordinance itself.
One one other thing: the ordinance affects anyone traveling through the city, not just the local citizenry. In other words it affects about 40% of the daily workforce who cannot seek a redress of perceived wrongs through the electoral process.
