Default If You ASk A Cop Is He LE

I know once before I asked a cop was he affiliated with the LE and he said no and pulled out his cock and showed me for proof. I still was charged with the conviction but was told I can beat the case but I would have to stay incarcerated until i beat the case. I was wondering if I asked a guy via pm the same question and he answers no will I still be arrested if i had the proof right in front of me written down?

Sweetie. Do one smart thing on your own behalf that every provider SHOULD DO and few do. Retain good reputable legal representation on your own behalf before anything happens, in most cases you can walk into an attorney 's office, tell them the industry you work in, give them the same disclosure that your website should have on it and they shouldn't have issue accepting your retainer. This way, if you even do become embroiled in this type of nightmare your very competent attorney will act as your buffer and get you a bail immediately. Usually a release on your own recognizance if you have never failed to appear for any court proceedings previously. I used to work as a paralegal and I can tell you that decent representation is invaluable if you wish to have any type of life outside this business as a conviction of a sexual nature will never getexpunged from your record and imagine if years down the road you're interviewing for your dream job, or having your background checked by a nosey mother in law to be, how could you even explain away that one in a million yrs!??? I'm telling you this all from a perspective of "been there, done that, fuck it you can keep the damn tee shirt this time! "

The short answer is yes you will still be arrested. LE can lie to make a case. Undercover work would be almost impossiable if they had to tell the truth about who they were when asked. The only sure fire way to not get arrested in this industry, is to not work in this industry.

I also agree with the poster above me. You need to retain an attorney right away. With as little as a grand you should be able to find an attorney who will accept your collect call and bail you out of jail when/if needed. Then at that point he/she can start working on your case.

In this industy having an attorney retained is as important as having insurance on your car.

Question: Can a cop deny being a cop and arrest you for prostitution?

Answer: Absolutely. Cops lie to make busts -- in fact, cops MUST lie to make busts when they work undercover. Although it's said a man looks his best in uniform, I doubt many girls will see a cop in uniform as a client. Haha.

Retaining an attorney BEFORE the shit hits the fan is an excellent idea. We buy insurance for all kinds of things -- our car and our house, for example -- and paying a lawyer a retainer is like insuring against being incarcerated for enough time to compel a girl to accept a shitty plea bargain that could result in a conviction that can never be removed from her record.

The Dallas Court of Criminal Appeals ruled that a cop can pull out his cock and get jacked off. A gal at June’s Tan appealed her conviction and unfortunately lost.

Default While Sky Wire may be correct

the court system and the DA's office generally does not encourage and in some cases does not approve of UC officers going that far to make his case, as there was no need to once the violation happened and it happened well before the cop had the woman wack his dummie.

Shysters answer is right on as usual.

I don't know if any one here is aware of a thing called prepaid legal plan. It is cheap, about $30.00 a month and I believe there is an application fee to start the plan. Anyway, I have personally used it before and believe in it. You can Google search it under prepaid legal, however, I have included couple of links here:

http://www.prepaidlegal.com/newCorp2...gal_plans.html

http://www.legalsurvival.com/discount_legal_plans.html

Hope this will help any of you here should you have any legal questions or needs in the future. Good luck.

I respectfully disagree and restate just the opposite. UC busts at AMPS routinely involve LE getting his doink touched. Same goes for streetwalker busts. They do it to prove that they're not a cop.

If you doubt me, just ask an undercover police officer when he’s testifying under oath. The next question that’s really fun to ask is: “What does your wife think of this”? Usually that gets an objection, which is sustained, but defendants love it.

Again, this behavior is sanctioned by the Court of Appeals in Dallas.

I assume you mean or are implying that the two pre-paid legal plans you refer to cover a defense against a prostitution charge, BUT THEY DON'T. The first, Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., only pays for a defense in a Texas "criminal action . . . which arises out of the direct performance of the covered person's employment activities." Unless a hobbyist bangs providers for a living, I think he'd be SOL with that plan. Also, I predict that the plan administrators would reject a provider's request for a defense if she claimed her prostitution bust was related to her employment, since the last time I heard prostitution is illegal, and insurance generally doesn't apply to illegal pursuits.

The second link you gave is to a site maintained by a lawyer in Buffalo, New York whose site sends a person to the Pre-Paid Legal Services site.

So no offense, but I don't think the information you provided is very useful -- in fact, it's misleading, in my view.
