Newbie question, how do I provide a review on a provider's showcase?

you do a review in the area you saw her
then mod adds it to your and her profile, hers take a bit longer

From the main page ("ECCIE Worldwide"), navigate to the local forum where the appointment happened (may or may not be your home base or hers, just wherever the deed was done). There, select the subforum "Independent Provider Reviews." Click the button, up toward the top, marked "New Review." Before you even do that, there's often a sticky-post containing how-to information on writing a good review. Find one of those and look it over first. Then do the "new review" thing. It's basically a form that you fill out.
