This here is my lunch for the day. A simple grilled chicken salad, with a ton of veggies and raspberries. Secret ingredient: love

I can definitely appreciate this thread! I thought about doing something similar because I love to cook, but never got around to it.

I really enjoy baked lemon pepper salmon, wild rice and sautéed asparagus for a quick, healthy dinner.

Looks real tasty! It's been awhile since I've made salmon, but I think I'm going to make some this week but I'll drizzle it with honey.

Nicole is in New Orleans right now and I keep telling her she needs to make it a priority to go try Drago’s!

If a doctor told me I had one more week to live, I would spend my last week in New Orleans and at least half that time eating Drago’s chargrilled oysters and their homemade French bread!

Vannah, I love salmon, too! My favorite is Sam’s seafood stuffed salmon.

There's a new Pho place opening on Walton in Bentonville soon. I might have to try it out next time I'm in town. Too bad it's not open now

Ahhh that looks amazing!! We're gonna have to trade recipes.

Some of the best seafood I've had was in NOLA. I forgot the name of the restaurant (was too wasted at a friend's bachelor party) but it was in the French Quarter. Best oysters/crab legs/shrimp ceviche I ever had.

I tried making pho a couple days ago. Needless to say, Asian cuisine is not in my wheel house and my pho tasted like failure. Meep.

There's a little breakfast/brunch place in Memphis called Another Broken Egg Café that has the most amazing bananas foster Belgium waffle. When my SO took me to Destin last summer we found one, but both agreed that we preferred the one in Memphis.
