There is nothing we can do about Syrian babies blow blown to bits. Their parents created the culture around them, an they are bearing the brunt of their decision making process. Europe enabled them, and they ought to deal with the consequences.
On the flip side, we do have the ability to punish people who do such things in the US. We can teach our children that such thing are unacceptable. The leftist teach that such things are acceptable because the perpetrators are victims of white male dominance. Bullshit.
Anyone who makes that argument is a fascist. That essence of that argument was proffered above. In the culture I live in, the sort of behavior that leads to that kind of activity is met with harsh consequences, and the police rarely intervene.
