Deposit definite red flag! Other would be the extended stay rate. You see it sometimes and I think smart on her part. But the deposit combined with the minimal extended rate leaves me pretty skeptical. Good luck!

Yes the extended rates do seem TGTBT but some will do things that way and I love it when I find them. Great for the both of us. I mean she can attract guys willing to pay that much, and not have to deal with multiple clients a day.
