In the Houston area alone, where this year’s Super Bowl took place, law enforcement arrested 183 “johns” and 9 sex traffickers. Among those arrested was a Houston city employee who pulled up in a city vehicle, two firefighters, a retired police officer and a man who had his 4-year-old child in the car when he tried to buy sex. 522 ‘johns’, 30 pimps arrested in Super Bowl sex trafficking sting

I can't imagine what it'd be like to spend thousands of dollars on a Superbowl ticket and not be able to go because you got arrested before the game.

there was a mardi gras episode of COPS i saw yesterday where they busted ticket scalpers in New Orleans who were trying to sell tickets for 3X their face value. they ended up getting those tickets taken from them OUCH! they are out thousands and I'm curious what they end up doing with those tickets. I would have pocketed one
