two points... and I know this thread got bumped, but it was pretty interesting reading.
1) it should be noted that the beaumont cop's testimony came out in an employment matter. upper management was not happy with how far he had gone in the line of duty- regardless of whether they legally can do that, don't think many DA's/supervisors want them to do so, even in the armpit of TX.
2) Sweetblond- holy crap! That sucks (so to speak) but now you have a tool to help keep you safe. still... pisses me off. nothing worse than impotent anger when you know there's not really anything that can be done about it.

Hey baby I lived in Chicago for several years. I had a girlfriend who got a RAW DEAL by several dirty vice cops in a prostitution sting at a very high class, high dollar hotel on Michigan Ave. She gave him full gfe service for 1 hour then got popped!

They can do any damn thing they want to! Question is will hold up in court? I think they should just legalize it and tax it! Then we may be able to wipe out our national debt one day!! HA! HA!

You guy's stay sweet!

Kisses

Legalize it!! I second that.

I've talked with a provider or two and they get a bunch of high class CEOs, judges, lawyers, and doctors. I wonder how many people would be brought down in flames if the general public found out. I can think of one person a friend of mine saw walking on Greenville here in Dallas with a provider. The person is pretty high up in a sports team and perhaps in a stadium.

Hopefully, some jurors will take that stand in future cases.

When a lady cop takes one for the team, so to speak, THEN I'll believe it.

Took awhile to read through most of these but I believe you have it right. It depends on the city you are in. A small town with "moral fiber" will not tolerate a cop for going all the way. At worst the provider is convicted with a lighter sentence and the cop is drummed out of town. At best the case never sees the light of day.

Heres and interesting article:

http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/news...113_65180.html

apparently, an AMP provider is suing and LEO for "unnecessary sexual violence" for 500,000 and is willing to drop the charges if he will drop the arrest. She kept the condom for evidence.

Will this actually work?

Far from it. If you read transcripts from investigation that lead to arrest of Vivian and a few of her escorts a couple of years ago, you'd see that undercover agent always describes the visit in detail - except that he makede a point to stop short of admitting that there were any actual sex acts performed. In the transcript, the cop ALWAYS stopped the escort when she touches his penis. There is a reason for that - if cops thought that DA was OK with it, they'd have put it in there. If DA thought that a nice, conservative jury would be OK with it, he'd approve of it.

They can only do so because local community is not challenging them. And the local community is not challenging them because most of those cases don't go to trial. And most of those cases don't go to trial because of the trumped up charges by the DA that get pleaded down. HOWEVER, every now and then we hear about a case that does go to trial in the local community that does make the locals take notice of the fact that the officer most likely broke the law. There was one in a smaller town I think in Texas a few years ago, and it did not go over well, especially for the arresting officer. I am sorry I can't provide the link, I am quoting from memory.
The town you speak of as most recent is Beaumont

I was weary at first and then he made it perfectly clear he wanted a freebe from me. He said He would give me the updated phone numbers every 6 mos. So any who he has contacted me since and I will not respond to his calls. If anyone is interested I still have his an all phone numbers he gave me. PM me and I will give them to you. I can also find his email if you want that cause I want to make sure if I ever get busted I have something for my attorney to work with.

Just curious, but have any of the numbers ever come up on your caller ID? I'm thinking there's no upside to giving you real vice numbers. Copy em from the phonebook, and there's less chance of getting in hot water if you ever try to use it against him. When none of the numbers ever show up, the cop says, "you owe me for that. I'm looking out for you". If by chance one does show up on your caller ID, you won't answer because it's on the list. Game theory lives.

Free pussy, right out of the yellow pages. Come to think of it, how sure are you that he's a real cop?

Not trying to offend, just speculation.

Doe this seem legally feasible? I realize that officers can sometimes break the law to make a case, but for a single prostitution bust?

Comments?
Can a cop have sex with an escort for an arrest... yes where i live they also have snitches go into AMP's to have the Full Service when will you guy's and ladies learn that cops are above the law they can do what ever they want at least the bad one's which believe me there are a lot also in my home state i can't tell you how many innocent people go to jail everyday!!
