I know exactly what you mean...I was the same way about six months ago when I started.
Then a fellow provider introduced me to Tia at Magnific Media about 3 months ago...OMG this women has been a life saver. She's taught me how to do the screening, she helped me get a provider number ( duh I was using my own cell) she helps write my ads on other sites like EROS, BP and P411. She helped me get on P411.
