Supreme Court says Manhattan prosecutor may someday see Trump’s personal financial records.

This opinion shouldn't be that big a surprise. We know that the SC ordered Nixon to turn over the tapes because a criminal investigation called for them. Subpoenaing documents is not the same as being able to prosecute a President. I think that has also been established. If the prosecutor does get the records and he does find a definable criminal act, he still can't prosecute, it will still be up to the Congress to impeach and even if the prosecutor got his hands on their documents today, there is no way to impeach Trump before Nov. and if Trump wins and the Dems can't get 2/3 of the Senate, they still won't be able to impeach Trump, so dream on.


Munchie seems to believe that if the records just show Trump isn't as rich as he says he is, everybody that voted for him will turn on him, nonsense of course and if the prosecutor can prove Stormy and Karen were paid off, if it was done with Trump's own money, there was no crime.
