I usually request information a day in advance and ask about availability. I always confirm the date on the same day since it takes some effort for me to get to Juarez and I wouldn't want to do that just to be disappointed by a no show.

Standard fee is $2,500 per hour. Some charge more. An hour is an hour and it includes as much as you can do during that time.

It is probably 2500 pesos. About $132 American.
