Default Bank error when trying to purchase premium access

I need some help. I tried purchasing a 2 week premium access and I get a bank error notice, also an email saying "CCBill.com is the payment processor for your order with http://www.eccie.net and unfortunately, we are unable to process your transaction at this time, due to Transaction Denied by Bank."

How can I fix this problem

Your bank is seeing the charge as potential fraud. Contact your bank and ask them to allow the purchase. You don't have to disclose what you are purchasing, just the charging entity and amount.

The same thing happened to me last week except with a prepaid CC. Denied. I hit help link asking for a address to send in a money order and got a email reply from a eccie member giving me a business address in north central texas to send the money order. He said to leave the pay to line blank and to email him back when i put it in the mail. I did that Tuesday 6-27 and it hasn't showed up on my account yet. Hopefully i just haven't gave it enough time. Still waiting.
