Great post! I do know each state has some options pertaining to the ACA. I do not know if they are to accommodate the McCaren Ferguson Act, or if the ACA is still an overreach. The New plan being ran through congress may also not be within the law of the act as well. Interesting.

You should before you post. The reason why "no one" knows about the "1945 McCaren Ferguson Act" is because it doesn't exist.

So before you get all mouthy .... check yours!

Could you show where the Senate repealed and the President signed it into law?

How come they are still trying to repeal a law you say does not exist?

I have not seen where the Senate repealed and the President signed the repeal.

But I guess we wouldn't see that because LexyLiar says there is no such law to repeal!

Doesn't take much to be sharper than you!

The "1945 McCaren Ferguson Act" can't be repealed, because it doesn't exist (and never did)! Kinda like your brain ... it can't be removed if there is nothing to remove. You're about as bright as the provider in the Houston forum who said she had never seen a "bed bug"!

Otherwise, have a nice day.
