Where did the information on the % of responsibility for the trash published by the LATimes come from.

Any reference to any factual study on the matter - No.

My thought is the LA Times writer and editor pulled the number out of their DPST PC tail end to cover the DPST city administration. Which has created this disease ridden mess - and created 73 apartments at a cost of $3/4 million to fix it - most of that money no doubt in city graft.

LA and Ny times - both completely trustworthy and factual at all times. - Yeah - Right TM.???

Now TM can do his nazi and YDKYS usual parrot line. My bet is the post of Olive branch was because he got his typing finger rapped - and after YR's BAND decided to try to show a false flag. It won't last.

Ok, smart ass, here is what the LA Times wrote, as quoted in the article:

"Finally, Los Angeles city officials are recognizing the urgent need to clean up the trash near homeless encampments. Both the trash that homeless people have nowhere to put and the garbage illegally dumped by businesses are a blight and health hazard for everyone in the city. Too bad our elected representatives had to be shamed into performing one of local government’s most basic duties,"

There is no mention of which LA businesses are dumping trash illegally, or where they are doing this. Are they dumping in the homeless camps? I doubt it. The LA Times doesn't actually say that, although that's what they want readers to believe.

You then twisted the LA Times editorial into the following assertion:

Quote:

So we go from 1) the homeless camps are strewn with garbage, to 2) there are businesses that dump trash illegally in LA, to 3) "only a fraction" of the garbage in the homeless camps is the fault of the homeless!

You should write for the fake-news media, chungman. You're good at twisting a story to make it fit your ideology.

And why do you hate business? Why demonize them? Only a fraction of businesses would even think of engaging in illegal dumping. See there, I just used the phrase "only a fraction" appropriately - unlike you, who would have us believe ALL businesses do it.

Now why don't you go visit LA and come back with a full report? I used to live there, so I think I know more about the place than you do.

The sad thing is that San Francisco could be a magnificent city if it wasn't run by a bunch of cocksucking DPST's.

Somebody should set up cameras at all the homeless camps to prove who is dumping what - I'll bet it isn't a pretty picture.

As for businesses dumping illegally, every sector and profession attracts dishonest and greedy people. I personally know a contractor in the Houston area who illegally classifies his employees as contractors to cheat them and society...

California is no longer the state I grew up in. Haven't been back in a few years but the last time I was there most of the vendors at LAX could barely speak English, I used to love visiting SF but reading about the homeless problem makes me sad. The smells of the ocean air and the noises of people milling about made me think I was in a different world. Just an amazing experience. I don't want to make this political but I know the reason why it has devolved. All the old hippies became radical leftist None of them have to deal with the problem they created.

My 8th grade field trip was to SF. Went to fishermans wharf The wax museum
and Then we took a stroll down Haight Ashbury
Where the hippies gave us free copies of the Berkely Barb. Little did I know that these hippies would transform to radicals
