Deadly Terrorist Attack In Barcelona, Spain

ISIS claiming responsibility.
The death count rises.
This appears to be an we'll planned attack by a multiple person terrorist cell, not a "lone wolf".
Reports are that our CIA has been warning the Caledonian Region of Spain of a very high liklyhood of a attack such as this. Their response was not to make too big of an issue of it because this is the height of the tourist season.

There is footage of a boat landing on the beach and unloading a bunch of people in black garb. They all ran for the hills. Spain is taking in many immigrants and have no idea who or where they are. Italy and Greece too.

I went to Spain and never saw the "Caledonian Region."
Where is it?
Maybe the State Deparrtment's warnings went to the wrong place and therefore weren't received?
