Default process to marry Chinese woman with visa??

I'm searching for some quick tips or ideas about the total cost and process of obtaining a future brides green card and work permissions?? Any help is appreciated.. She attends college here in the US under a student visa. What's the first step to marriage and any paperwork after? The groom is a citizen.

I think you should confer with a lawyer in your area that specializes in immigration law. Ask your family and friends for leads, or call your local bar association. Many lawyers offer free or low-cost initial consultations.

Congrats to the happy couple! OMG, did the groom propose on Valentines? That's so romantic!

As far as existing Chinese student visa and application for citizenship as fiancé, definitely check out references from the state bar.

That link isn't to a 'state bar.' It's to a private company, Nolo, that sells legal services.

Try easyfianceevisa.com. This is a law company in California specializing in marital/fiancee immigration. They walk you through the whole process for a fixed fee. All done online. Very efficient.
