The House can vote Articles of Impeachment at any time.

Of course the Senate will see right through this charade and find a verdict of aquital, knowing this entire episode, along with the Mueller Investigation, is nothing more than a way for the Liberal/Socialist/Progressive Democrats to nullify the 2016 election.

I see this as one reason American Voters chose to give the President such a overwhelming victory in the 2018 Senate Races.
