New Hot Provider - Best Sites for Her to Use

I have a friend, and she wants to start providing in the Tampa/St Pete area. She has asked me advise about getting started. Normally I would have no problem in helping her use the better sites in Nola. Eccie is very active there, as well as p411. But those really are the only two sites where providers and clients can screen one another. How is it in the Tampa/St Pete area? Are they the only sites, or are there other sites for screening used in Tampa/St Pete? Obviously she can also place ads on backpage and maybe Eros, but cannot screen with these. I assume they are still used by providers in your area for ads.

Just want to give her the best advise for sites to use to place ads, and best ones to screen. I want her to be safe, and also reach a wide group of potential clients. I am looking for suggestions from both the men and women here.

Sites do not screen - People do. She needs to know how to screen.

No shit Sherlock. But some sites are harder to use to screen (BP, Eros) compared to others (Eccie, p411, TER). Just trying to get the lowdown on which sites are better to use in this area, NOT get a grammar lesson.
