Competent techies would insist. The last thing I saw from ECCIE techs was that since no financial info stored it should be no problem. Are no credit card charges? How is premium service paid for. Their statement implies that none of data transferred to or from the site is confidential.

Did you notice the little word "like" just before the poster mentioned Ironkey? The sentence, as written, implies that bootable jump drives, in general, mask your IP address and Ironkey is one example of such. In actuality, whether or not a jump drive is bootable is irrelevant to the question of whether it can mask your ip address.

Technically speaking... Escorting is not illegal. That is, being compensated for time spent as a companion. That is not prostitution by definition... Getting paid for sex acts is prostitution. How you word things does make a difference...
