I spent a short vacation in Singapore last fall 2009.

PI hunting is like going to a grocery store, you pick what your eye desires IMHO ... =)

Having said that....my friend told me Singapore is the melting pot of Asia and you can find providers from china, cambodia, PI, Thailand, India etc etc etc there.
