Default Government Shutdown

LubeWideAss, et al please roll away from the keyboard!

Can someone explain why Republicans ALWAYS get the blame for shutting down the government? Does not matter who is in the White House or who controls congress. It is always blamed on Republicans. I seriously do not get it.

It's called "Passing the Buck" it's just another liberal trait. Liberals have persecution complexes they find someone to blame even if they are the cause of the downfall.
