I'm almost certain of two of three things: 1. The women who have been outed know who he is. 2. He likely did it via phone numbers and social media, which isn't all that difficult. 3. Blanket party, while a good idea, is an escalation nobody wants. He's going to eventually out someone like Taytum's partner in hammer, and this problem will solve itself.
