By now as you all probably know - The Dallas County District Attorney has declined to prosecute the case against a woman who was attacked in Deep Ellum.

He slapped her phone out of her hand breaking it to start the fight. I'm not saying she was justified in busting his windshield but the altercation was not quite "even" up to that point.
She was blocking his exit for some reason and he determined that extreme violence was necessary to resolve his dilemma.
One thing I do know - He either has no sting on his haymaker windmill punches or she has a chin made of stone.
