I know when traveling.. its hard to make time for ourselves, but... just incase I can find the time.. Is there anything/anywhere.. that you guys would say is a MUST SEE? or MUST DO?

Depending on your interests, The Alamo is a must see if you've never been, the Riverwalk, especially at night, now that the Christmas lights are up and on, the Missions if you're into Spanish colonial times, Six Flags Fiesta Texas or Sea World San In weekends if you're here on the weekend....🙂

Exploring downtown is a good start before branching out. The Alamo, Tower of the Americas, and Riverwalk (perhaps river boat tour while shopping and dining) I would make a point to see those first. After that, up to you.

And the obvious, find some great Mexican Food. I personally enjoy La Fogata and La Fonda (one on Main). Margaritas at both places are amazing.
