First things first, there are some roads that the OP has traversed, that I have not, will not, and could not traverse.
Second, there are some transsexuals that put a lot of effort into trying to be a female. Of course, they can never be a female, but some of them take the hormones, adopt the female lifestyle and for all intents and purposes appear extremely feminine and you literally cannot tell the difference on the surface. These rarely come through West Texas, so I don't expect you to pick up on what is going on.
Then you have your weirdos, mainly cross dressers who half ass things. These are the ones that reside in West Texas. They still have the five o'clock shadow, the manly faces and bodies and just look like a man in a wig. They are hilarious to witness.
But in all seriousness, there are some TS that are genuinely interesting. I met a German-American one in Denver that was a distributor for Trump 2020 gear and was a huge Trump supporter.
