The amazing thing in this story is both the Defence and Procecutor did not want and did not ask for a stiff penalty for this rump ranger judge.

The Judge in the case saw things differently. He is going to let the defendant go see Big Bubba for a while, be on supervised restriction after, and cough up a big fine.
