Maybe it's the excitement, maybe it's the providers skill. My problem is shooting off so quick as to make it embarassing. I have warned the ladies that I pop off quickly, and with very little stimulation. Is there anything I could do before, or during a session to keep from losing it? I am open to any and all suggestions. Exercises that work, self stimulation prior to appointment, food, OTC medications?

Also I agree if your refractory period is sub 15 minutes no big deal at all, round two should be underway with plenty of time left. Of course for civilian sex that doesn't fix the issue right? At various points in my life I've had some issues with this temporarily, something like 30% of men of all ages do. In my case I had an underlying issue that was the primary cause which got straightened out and now I'm back to normal the vast majority of the time.

There is a fairly new medication on the market called dapoxetine that is being used for the condition. It has not quite made it through the FDA requirements for release here in the US yet, but it is available overseas, and it does work, with little or no side-effects. I tried it and my normal 15 minutes or so went to "had to work to get it done in the hour".

You will be able to relax and savor what is happening, instead of being so worried about coming too quickly that you can't enjoy it.

Thanks for having the balls to ask this question, about 30% of men suffer with this problem. There is also a new FDA approved drug available without a Rx. It is called Promescent and is bad ass. All good suggestions so far, best one being to find someone who allows MSOG.

You could also try someone experienced at "edging" if recovery time is an issue, A lady who is good at edging could perhaps teach you to hold back on those pops too.
