My fourth and final trip of the year will be September 14-18. Flights are crazy cheap -- under $200 nonstop from Kansas City on Alaska. Arrive early Saturday morning and leave Tuesday late afternoon.

I have been looking at flights too for my second trip. They are cheap I found one in Oct for 125 from houston. Unfortunately I cant go then and am not sure when I'll be able to go. Wish I could meet you in Sept but isn't gonna work out for me.

I have reorganized my vacation schedule so that I take 3 days at a time, every 2 months. I usually pay half my airfare with points, so that's usually $160-$190 cash for my airfare every 2 months. It's working well for me so far. I know the name KCQuestor from another board. Like you, I have decided St. Louis is not worth my time any more. Very sad.

What's the attraction to TJ? From KSC, I would think El Paso or even Brownsville would be cheaper.

1) Flights to San Diego are actually more plentiful and cheaper than to El Paso, and Brownsville is even worse. Alaska has nonstop flights to San Diego that can be as low as $200
2) San Diego is amazing; and no one asks why I take so many trips to San Diego, while El Paso or Brownsville would raise some eyebrows.
3) Tijuana has easy day trips to the beach or to Ensenada. Lots to do. Also great seafood.
4) Honestly, and most importantly, Juarez has nothing to compare to the clubs in Tijuana, and Matamoros isn't even in the same ballpark. I haven't been to Juarez in years, but I look at the ISG reports and it is not even close to the same level of options. And the prices in both places are about the same as in TJ.

But price isn't the issue. If you amortize out the costs I tend to spend about $1500-$1800 on a 4 day trip where I fuck 7-8 times. So I end up spending a bit over $200 per session. I can get that price in Kansas City (or less, I have a few regulars). But I enjoy the atmosphere of the clubs. I enjoy watching the girls and tipping for lap dances and generally taking in the atmosphere. There's nothing like Hong Kong or Adelitas or Chicago Club in Juarez or Matamoros.

If I just wanted to fuck for cheap, I'd probably go to the Dominican Republic. Or go to TJ and concentrate on street girls at $30 per pop. Or stay at home and save the travel costs and just pay $200 for 30 minutes with a local. It would work out the same.

Good to know. Haven't been to TJ since I was in the service, but it was a fun place. I'm partial to Latinas as it is.

I am interested in a trip. I have reviewed a number of threads on TJ and I have a number of questions. I am the type of person that researches myself so I won't inundate you with basic questions. I also realize that my account is fairly new. I am a long term member of Eccie but lost access to my account when I lost access to my hobby email.

I have the frequent flyer miles to go a number of places so I am trying to weigh options between Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and Tijuana. Of those who have evaluated all three what are the differences?

Costa Rica is heaven for mongers. Women come from all over to work there and there is tons of variety and options. You can go to massage parlors, brothels, pickup bars, and of course use agencies/independent escort sites. Escort prices will be as high or higher than TJ, but there are a lot more lower-priced options. There's also tons to do, and is a great vacation destination. No one wonders if you are going to Costa Rica for the hookers, like if you go to Thailand or Tijuana

Dominican Republic is a great tourist destination as well, but the variety of women is not there. You really have to like dark-skinned beauties. Yes, there's some variety but not like in Costa Rica. It's also a lot cheaper than CR. I have to say that I've only ever been to the north coast of DR (Cabarete, Sosua, Puerto Plata). I have no experience with Punta Cana or Santo Domingo.

Tijuana is not much of a tourist destination -- although it is easy to pop back to San Diego for things to do. I tend to tell people I'm going to SD rather than TJ, lol. Lots of options in TJ, and there is variety but not as much as Costa Rica. Prices will be higher than either CR (mostly) or DR.

As far as travel, it is worthwhile for me to go to TJ for just a few days, as there are nonstop flights from KC. So I can fly in on Saturday morning and fly out on Tuesday evening and have play time all four days. I really can't do that for CR or DR (if I lived on the east coast, DR would be super convenient, I guess).

I am headed down this weekend. I won't get there until Sunday afternoon. I was thinking of buzzing down to TJ that afternoon and spending the night. Then hauling my bedraggled ass across the border to work.

Can you actually get any sleep at the hotel on top of HK?

Get a room on 6 or above and you’ll be fine. Lower and you either get music from the club or get placed next to the short-term rooms where you hear high heals in the hallway every few mins.

Be sure to give yourself LOTS of time to cross the border on Monday morning. It can take hours if you are trying to cross in the morning, unless you are part of a Trusted Traveler program like SENTRI or Global Entry. I'm not sure spending the night is worth it just to stand in line in the morning, but that's your call.

Sixth floor is under construction right now, so be careful with that. I've never had a problem sleeping, even on four or five, but I'm a heavy sleeper. I also use a sound machine app on my phone for white noise. I bring earplugs but haven't ever needed to use them.

The short-term room is $19 for 30 minutes, plus a dollar to the cleaning guy. Do that twice and you are at $40. If you get the room for the day it's $60, so basically only $20 for a place to charge your phone, store your stuff, and poop. Plus a short-term room is only 30 minutes (if they don't knock early). If the room is yours, you have as long as the girl will stay.

I've been staying at Riso de Oro right across the street from HK. Owned by the same group. Yes, you have to cross the street(not a big deal). Rates are about the same, clean, MOSTLY quiet, but expect traffic in the halls 24/7 as guys are bringing girls in and out all the time. I've not had a problem with the noise, but I bring ear plugs just in case.

If you're going to be there and plan on seeing multiple girls, it is worth the cost of having your own room. Like KCQ said, 2 trips to the rent by the event rooms covers the cost of having the room to yourself. Also, like mentioned, you'll get a knock on the door at the 30 minute mark. You and the girl need to vacate. Get your own room, and don't worry about being run out. In addition, many of the girls wind up staying longer than the 30 minutes. Actually had one that stayed almost and hour and a half.

Bonus, park all your goodies there and get comfortable. I'm hell, you're only paying on average $80.00 US for the pussy.
