Thanks, SJ. I was asking questions about the Washington case on a few other threads, and was curious about your thoughts.

Btw, my apologies for misspelling your name in the "Ask a provider anything" thread in Dallas Coed. Although "SysterJon" is kinda funny.

Reading the comments on that article sheds some light on the agenda there. How does this one blogger have all of this info and there's absolutely nothing about it in the Seattle newspapers, etc?

While Reviews themselves are rarely i.e. never (almost) used in the prosecution, that doesn't mean they are not used to gain an arrest.

Do not confuse the two.

LEO do and will use forums like this, TER, p411 and other review boards to find and target prostitutes in an area. They look for reviews that have vivid sexually explicit acts described. They target those girls because they know how they operate based on the reviews. That lets under cover LEO's know what to ask for and what they can get away with. It saves their office time. They will find ads on places like backpage then cross check their number to see if they have reviews, they go after the ones with consistent reviews.

Reviews may not help them prosecute BUT they DO help them target for busts and arrests. In police states, a bust is enough to kill your reputation, have your photo's all over the news and even though the trial might be months and months out and you may never get convicted, police can and will arrest you for anything they can and let the courts sort it out later.
