Biz trip to Rochester advice

Looking for a decent AMP - Staying downtown hotel.

Not sure if this will be helpful but will offer my advice. Save your money for when you get back to NJ. You will be very disappointed.

I am very familiar with the NJ, PA, and DE AMP scene. To compare. Same price, attendants are 20-30 years older, no table shower, no sauna, limited activities.

You would be way better off going to Syracuse. There’s nothing here in Rochester or even Buffalo that compares. At least there you will find what your looking for minus the table showers and saunas.
