I have been known to CIMNQNS, but admittedly, YMMightpossiblyV (so I rarely discuss it and certainly don't advertise it) . . Ok, so since we're heading down that path already and I'm too lazy to do the research (or just don't care, I haven't decided yet)... How long in advance do you have to drink it (the pineapple juice) to have an effect?

I think the pineapple juice should be a regular thing.....maybe a glass a day for me.
But i think if your not...then start a few days before....also lay off the red meat and dairy until your session

But remember the pineapple doesn't work right before the appt. Gotta purge a couple of times/days then things start changing.
