Excellent question I'd like to hear the answer to. I've been banned from two disqus boards because my stance that abortion isn't a "Women's health issue." It's an abortion issue. Very, very few abortions are true physical health issues. Even fewer are "rape and incest" issues. Point this out politely on some boards like ABCnews and gangs of progs will report you for promoting an unsafe environment and have you banned.

Again, Roe v. Wade was passed by a vote of 7-2 by SCOTUS. It wasn't only liberal judges that voted for it.

Don't mean to speak for AE but she meant "progressives", not "libs". I've spoken about this before. The liberals will argue and let one go on their merry way. The progressives demand total compliance to their politically correct viewpoint or there will be consequences including loss of job, wealth, social status and other constitutional rights.

The liberal and progressive argument for an inherent constitutional right to abortion would be much stronger of they wouldn't question an enumerated right to bear arms so much.

If the second ammendment can be regulated to the point where it is almost non existent then certainly a right that exists only inherently within other enumerated rights, can too, be regulated.

Everyone here knows where I stand on both issues.
