WiTopia VPN. It's like $80/year I think but worth it. Use it on all devices, laptops, mobile, etc.

Whatever you use, do a leak check. Connect to your VPN then google VPN Leak Check and see if your DNS info is still leaking. Then set your VPN app to use the VPN DNS server (or another secure/private DNS server) and not your ISP's DNS server.
