I remember that-- and the person in question got points over it as well.

Copyright infringement and fair use are heavily entangled-- particularly if the photo has ever been posted on this board. Read the TOS-- anything posted here becomes the property of the board. You lose the right to your copyright simply by posting a pic on this board.

Yeah, as the "person that got points for putting red arrows on your pic".. I did so to prove you were altering your photos, to which you came back and admitted it.

There has been drama surrounding your images forever. We all know you filter and alter your images. If you want, I can post a link to the porn video that shows you in real life and put that side by side with your posed and perfected images from your threAD. If you want to keep beating the dead horse... At least turn it into meatballs so we can all enjoy some delicious stuff.

Now, as far as the creep level of this thread... I fucking hate pic collectors. No one really understands the gravity of posting your images online. Having threads like this come up years after a chick has left the building (maybe not in this case) equates to online bullying to me. Girls just need to understand the severity more and be aware of the content they put out there from day one.

Ummmmmmmm....No, I don't approve of it, however this is my photo that I posted on my Twitter from a very fun evening.

If you've ever been a guest there or stay often, as I do, you would know this is a very high end establishment with themed rooms and very fun place to stay.

My Berkleigh Twitter page is open to the public. It will remain open to the public as it's a form of marketing for me. I post a ton of pics, I tweet a lot about my life and adventures. Everyone knows this.

Whomever the OP is and why he chose to download over 100 of my pics is unbeknownst to me. I have no idea who he is nor do I hardly EVER participate in the conversations that go on here in this forum. This person pulled this picture from my Twitter page and choose to start a thread on me. Why? I dunno.

Everyone who knows I will not put up with or entertain the drama.
I have a very busy Life outside the Hobby but live it quite openly and I post A LOT about myself as I have for years.

I was alerted about this thread as well as another few posts this morning and I'm not even in Dallas at the current moment. I'm out of town. I travel A LOT and have another home in another city where I visit often. So I don't even have a clue as to why I am being targeted because I dunno the OP.

Whatever the point of this was, I guess "thanks"...but it's odd and weird.

well I have heard and seen a email of someone posting my Face pics off another site they found them on with out asking me,
in some private club around here and they are from 2006 pics when I was doing modeling for anther web site ... No one has done any thing about it ?
and I pm one of the person who I was told was doing it , and they never replayed back to me about it Haha like he was going to !

I was getting email's from someone here , with a fake email telling me it was one or two guys doing it .. then just like 2 weeks ago I got a PM from a lady here
showing me the pics that was being sent around and asked me if was me
she was trying to tell me that a He/ She with a banned handle was sending them out to her . why would someone send her my pics ?
this all stared in Jan 2017 .. and I do believe it's a Houston handle that stared doing this back in Jan . and for sure Houston handle who set out to this lady

I still have her pms' with this person banned handle and email they used !
sound like the he/she handle was stalking her !
