A few things. File a police report. They will not help you but it will come in handy.
Contact all the credit bureaus and file a fraud report, put a hold on your credit. For an additional fee you can have a pin number established or other extra security placed against your file to keep anyone other than you to apply for credit.

Follow up with the credit bureaus and send them copies of the police report. They are required to remove fraudulent items once reported and backed up with the police report. But be diligent cause that does not keep banks from repeating the reports. I had to have mine removed multiple times.

Took me almost a year to finally get clear but pulled it off. If you would like to meet and discuss let me know. I am not a lawyer but can give you advice based on my experience.
