I'm surprised people were disappointed, I liked Rick's but I preferred Alfred's on the Beach especially the live music in the evening. There was some little place a Jamaican friend of mine used to take me to that I never saw a name on and he drove us what seemed like 20 minutes from my place in Negril, I couldn't be positive because I never wear a watch or use a clock when I'm down there but it seemed like the middle of nowhere, pretty much only locals and the women flocked to American men, unfortunately I saw very few Jamaican women that I was attracted to. I don't think it was a place that even I would show up at without a local and I do some very stupid stuff. I always regret selling my house there.

Not sure how your arrived at that conclusion but damn I'd love a drink to discuss it!!

From where I sit, speed is about ALL the USA have going for them in the England matchup. Especially, if Charlie Davis makes it back from his car accident to start up front.

Langdon Donovan on the USA right is faster than anybody on the England left with the possible exception of Ashley Young. That's a push.
Demarcus Beasley on the USA left (assuming he makes the team... not a given at this point) is faster than anybody on the England right.

Brazil made the mistake of "assuming" they were faster on the wings & it almost cost them the Confederations Cup last summer. Would LOVE to see somebody else make that mistake!

At the risk of losing my Barmy Army credentials, the three obvious problems with the USA squad...

1. They can't finish!!! They are still looking for strikers like a Rooney or... in his day... a Michael Owen. Guys that just know how to put the ball in the back of the net.

2. They can be "over run" in the mid-field. Not enough technical quality in the middle of the pitch. They don't respect possession for a team that has so much difficulty winning the ball back once they've lost it.

3. They still engage in far too many rash challenges. I don't know how many guys have to be carded or sent off for them to get it through their thick heads that this ain't the NFL.

They continue to make progress but until they solve these problems, they won't seriously contend for a WC trophy.

Probably dozens of them, if I had to guess.
