Providers needing a Professional custom website...

So I am a provider in Vegas, well my husband and I are actually lol. Anyway I recently found a passion in creating our website and maintaining it, Many clients have commented on how nicely done the website is, that is is clean, neat, very informative and they all find the information they are seeking.
I would like to offer my services for anyone interested in a professional personal website.
There would be a few options;
you choose your own personal URL
1)One year of my services include domain registration, creating the website, adding content, and getting it up and running, than giving you control over the site yourself after the template has been made for this i would ask for 500$. Half of it would be expected up front and the other half after it is complete and you are satisfied
2)One year of my services would include everything above except i would maintain the website and do everything for you throughout the entire year. You would still have access to the login information but I would add new content for you, updates, maintenance all of the things needed to keep a website running correctly. I would charge 1000 for the year and be willing to do monthly payments of 85$ but would need a 250$ down payment
Please let me know if anyone is interested and check out our website to get an idea. I can do it anyway you would like and customize it to your liking. The nice thing about it is it doesn't have to look like the escort templates or escort creation sites out there.
