This decision will have even bigger ramifications than overturning Roe v. Wade. IMHO, the United States got a bloated Federal government due to Congress abdicating a bunch of responsibility to unelected bureaucrats.

So which party has railed against "activist courts" for the past 30 years?

Seems like the Republicans are hypocrites yet again.

Let's see, they have gone after gun regulations, health care and environmental protection in the span of two weeks.

What's next? I'm betting it's the homos. What do you boys think? Dismantling Social Security? That would hurt the older folks...

As far as Social Security goes I would prefer to have all the money I put in it back plus a mere 15% ROI and I will return the chump change they so graciously have given to me of which they take tax out of 85%,. Tax on tax on tax
