Having issues with my private messaging.. and name change🤗

I can't receive pm's.. a friend said Dani is not taking messages at this time or she can't receive them.
I can't figure out why or what to do .. 🤔
Also if you want to change your name, how do you go about doing so? There is just to many Dani's in the sea.. is that possible? Thanks do much!!
