That is a function of either how many posts you have or Verified Provider if you get that status by asking for it.

As WTF so aptly put it in his question: it is a hitch in the giddyup and the programmer is working on it. Like all upgrades, there were a few glitches in this last one.

Ah yes....we the special, the privileged who have changed our titles to suit. 
Just go to control panel, then select "edit your details", in the second block, "Optional information" find "custom user title" enter your new choice of title and hit save changes at bottom of the page.

BTW to be grammatically accurate I think it needs to be "It's Bush's Fault"
