So this chick wants the FBI to investigate before she'll testify. Yeah, that'll take another 5 months. What's to investigate? If you read her letter, she's very short on details. There's even talk that another Supreme Court Justice attended the same high school Kav did and she may have written a letter to Feinstein making similar accusations on Gorsuch.

Yesterday, DiFi said she couldn't vouch that everything in the letter was truthful. Today she's walking those comments back.

I think many of us has been wrongfully accused of some form of "sexual misconduct."

My brother was accused of sexual harassment. He was called into HR and said that a woman was suing the company he worked at for sexual harassment and he had been named as a harasser. My brother didn't recognize the name. They described her. Still didn't know her. Showed him a picture. Said he might of vaguely remember seeing her but never said anything to her. One day saw her during shift change. Talked to some of his fellow co-workers and they said they had been accused too. A couple of months later this woman is no longer at the company.

About a year later my brother changes companies. Who does he see one day but the same woman working there! My brother theorizes she got paid off with a nondisclosure agreement and was hired with no warning of what she was pulling. Yeah, she was already starting to accuse men of harassing her.

I'm sure we all have similar stories. Having worked with HR, they have to devote too much time and energy to not just providing "equal opportunity" but a "safe workplace." What ends up happening especially at white collar jobs is men having a target on their backs. No wonder they want to offshore jobs.

Why does he even give a shit? There are five more stooges he could get confirmed with no problem.

The beauty of getting Kavanaugh at this point is he will harbor a grudge against liberals forever, like Clarence Thomas. That is very valuable, but otherwise yes we can get someone else in quickly before we lose the majority.

What happened to "Innocent until proven guilty?" I'm watching clips from CNN and they are leaving out the word "allegedly" a lot. The networks are phrasing these allegations as if they were known fact.

That woman doesn't view her job as a career or even a paycheck. She views it as a LOTTERY TICKET. All she needs is one lawsuit jackpot payout and she is set up for life and never needs to work again.

I blame the tort lawyers more than I blame her.

while playboy was around back then, the closest we had to porn was true detective magazine where they had black and white photos of women with that black bar across their eyes and maybe a torn neckline of a sweater revealing the top of a shoulder

I had one of those magazines once when I was a young teen, kept it hidden between the mattress and box springs of my bunk

got caught a with it at the orphanage and got in trouble,
