IIRC one of the guys he shot who wasnt Asian was accidental as he wasn't even visiting the amp, he was visiting the joint next to it. he was 100% targeting only asians. any non asian was a accidental casualty for him.

Its on record that the guy was going to go to Florida to shoot up more amps. You can say he was a incel, but he would be targeting women in general, not asian women specifically.
