That is an interesting discussin starter for a new thread. It all depends on what is considered "bad" behaviour. I think since we are escorts we can expect a wider berth to bad behaviour because we don`t have real relationships with the clients and only serve to certain aspects of a relationships. Sometimes (and most often) it involves cheating. So if that is considered bad behaviour then i agree , we get paid for considering that. If a married man approached me in private i would probably point my finger on the tip of my head and that was it :-). Never would i be anyone`s mistress secretely without taking at least SOME money for secrecy :-).

Maybe he felt obligated to blow it.
then you have your answer, he is being passive-aggressive and dislikes the fact that he loves you. and by behaving badly he wants to chase you away as you intimidate him.
He just doesn`t want to do the dirty work of "quitting" it, he wants you to throw the towel to make it easier for him and to have you blame.

You may be right. I guess I'll never go there and it's better not to know.

Yes, there really has to be compensation.

I got the impression that they were conducting a "taste test" of the menu (as well as the wine list)...LOL! I suppose that off center senses of entitlement are common traits to men and women. As in other areas of today's world, respect and consideration of the other has slipped - good manners ain't what they used to be.

I think how one eats is an extremely telling thing. I just went out with an extremely wealthy man in ambivalent circumstances and felt that I shouldn't eat like a horse as I usually would... But never would I descend to dessert either!

There are a lot of manners to observe where food is concerned...

it isn`t . people are predictable and sociological studies show pattern in behaviour. I have seen repetitive behaviour way too often to believe in uncertainty anymore :-)

The unpredictability comes from natural causes, such as earhtquakes and the resulting disasters, or flooding, or otherwise. How human kind responds to these dilemmas is probably predictable.

I wanna eat my dessert before the earthquake hits.

It does not have to be a natural cause

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_swan_theory

Identifying a black swan event
Based on the author's criteria:
  1. The event is a surprise (to the observer).
  2. The event has a major impact.
  3. After its first recording, the event is rationalized by hindsight, as if it could have been expected (e.g., the relevant data were available but not accounted for).
