And some more Texas justice, Florida style:

Witnesses at the scene told WCTV that "two couples were arguing and one of the men stared firing," before fleeing the scene in his car.

According to the Associated Press, authorities believe a parking space disagreement led to the shooting.

Obviously the macho guy was the one with the gun.

Man Pulls Gun on Rowdy, Line-Cutting Black Friday Shopper

http://www.nbcdfw.com/news/weird/NAT...180586131.html

Impatient line-cutter had allegedly punched man in face. Police say man had permit to carry gun and won't be charged.

Black Friday got off to a rowdy start at a San Antonio mall where police say one shopper pulled a gun on another who punched him in the face while they were waiting in line at a Sears store.
Police Sgt. Rob Carey tells the San Antonio Express-News a man rushed into the store when it opened Thursday night to get to the front of a line, started arguing with people and tried cutting in front of them.
One man who got punched pulled a gun and that scattered shoppers, including the impatient line-cutter who took cover behind a refrigerator. Then he fled.
Carey says the man with the gun had a permit to carry the weapon and isn't being charged with a crime.
well doove, after being punched. The guy with the gun had the legal right to kill the puncher before the puncher ran and hid behind the frig even in NY. But in NY he would have lost his guns gone in-front of a grand jury. where most of the time its a waste of tax dollars and they let him go to go on to get his guns back after much hassle. Or on to a jury trial losing his job over this(time missed at work)and then be set free. All this if he lived being mistakenly shot by a cop. Yet in my life time in the past. The cop would have shaken his hand and said "good shooting".

So in my book the guy with the gun needs to learn to draw faster.

And exactly how is THIS story supposed to even remotely relate to the other story? I think you may have started into the egg nog a little too early.

Texas is like it's own country, that's for damn sure. Guns everywhere, Longhorns on everything, the shape of the state on everything, God all over, and American flags on everything year round. Plus they treat tornados and flash floods like we treat snow "Damn it, oh well "

Longhorns are for people who cannot get into good schools.

I figured as much. You can't possibly answer the question. If you did, you would sound like a babbling idiot. I take that back, you could put your usual spin on it and make yourself sound like even more of a babbling idiot
